We're setting up the Chat Dashboard for you. We just need a few more pieces of information.

Your Viber Sender ID Please provide us with the sender ID you received with your setup information.

Your Dashboard Users Please list here all e-mail addresses that should be registered. You have 4 users included in the standard package. Additional users can be added for 25 € / month.

Your Dashboard admins Please list here all e-mail addresses that should have admin rights.

Your Business Center API Key Please copy here the actual API key you see in the Business Center.

Data Retention Period Please specify a number of days after which the uploaded data be deleted – default is 90 days.

Monthly cost for the Chat Messaging Dashboard is 350 €. Additional fees for the usage of WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Viber, and Twitter apply. 350 € one-time setup fee for the Chat Messaging Dashboard applies.
